The following terms are used to describe the availability of the kittens on this page:

AVAILABLE: This kitten is available for placement. We reserve the right to refuse sale of any cat or kitten for any              
 reason. Some kittens are not available in certain CFA Regions due to previous agreements.

RESERVED: Someone has expressed serious interest in this kitten. They will be given first right of refusal in the                
event that another offer is made.

SOLD: This kitten is no longer available. A deposit has been received and the kitten will soon be leaving for its new home.

DEPOSITS: Deposits are non-refundable except for reasons defined in the agreed upon contract. We are aware              
 that circumstances change and it is not always possible to take possession of a cat or kitten as originally planned.           
 Deposits will be considered payment for boarding, grooming and lost opportunities for placement if the buyer                   
 changes their mind for any reason other than defined in the contract.
I know that buying a kitten is a big commitment and that you may have to
discuss it with your husband, wife, other family members, etc., but please
understand that I cannot hold a kitten without a deposit.

As many of you already know, I will be unavailable for  the next week or so as I
am relocating to Ontario, Canada.  Please bear with me as I made make this
transition (cats, kittens and all!) and rest assured that I will be checking my
emails as often as possible as I travel, but I may not be able to get back to you as
quickly as I normally would.  I do have two lovely litters of bi-colors on the
ground and will post photos and availability as soon as I'm settled.  Thank you
all for your understanding all the good wishes I've been getting from everyone.
